2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to process your purchase and deliver your download.

  • Email address — collected by our payment processor (Stripe) at checkout. We use it solely to send you your download link.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not collect: browsing behavior, device information, cookies, or any analytics data.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To send you your ChargeMeUp download link after purchase.
  • To respond to support requests you send us directly.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional messages.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing and checkout. They collect your email and payment details subject to their own Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (used to send your download link). No marketing use.

5. The App — No Data Collection

The ChargeMeUp desktop application is fully offline. It does not collect, transmit, or store any data from your PC. Specifically:

  • No telemetry or usage analytics.
  • No access to your files, documents, or personal data.
  • No network requests — the app never connects to the internet.
  • Battery status is read locally via Windows WMI (a built-in Windows feature).
  • All audio files are stored and played locally on your device.

6. Cookies (Website)

This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address only as long as necessary to fulfil your purchase and handle any support requests. We do not maintain a customer mailing list.

8. Your Rights (PDPA Malaysia)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.

11. Children's Privacy

ChargeMeUp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at funtechstudio1@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
