1. Agreement

By purchasing or using ChargeMeUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. ChargeMeUp is a product of Fun Tech Studio, Malaysia. If you do not agree, do not purchase or install the software.

2. License

When you purchase ChargeMeUp, you receive a personal, non-transferable, single-device license to install and use the software on one (1) device that you own or control.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your download link.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • Use the software for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
  • Install the software on more than one device per purchase.

3. Payment & Refunds

ChargeMeUp is sold as a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe. The standard price is USD $5.99. A launch promotional price of USD $4.99 may be available for the first 1,000 purchasers, subject to availability.

Because ChargeMeUp is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning on your device, contact us at funtechstudio1@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

4. System Requirements

ChargeMeUp requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit) and a device with a battery. It is not compatible with desktop PCs without a battery. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChargeMeUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Fun Tech Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the software.

6. Updates

Future updates to ChargeMeUp, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of Fun Tech Studio. There is no obligation to provide updates, new features, or continued support.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun Tech Studio's total liability for any claim arising from your use of ChargeMeUp shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Copyright & DMCA

ChargeMeUp and all its content, including audio files, code, and design, are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, contact us at funtechstudio1@gmail.com.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
