Fun Tech Studio exists for one reason: software should be fun to use. Not just usable. Not just functional. Fun.
We design and ship apps and tools that solve real problems while keeping a little personality. Our first product, ChargeMeUp, is a Windows desktop utility that plays a funny sound whenever your battery is low, charging, or full. It's the kind of thing you didn't know you wanted until you have it — and then you can't go back.
What we're shipping next
TenxyCharge is the spiritual successor to ChargeMeUp, rebuilt from scratch for Android. Custom voice packs, 19 languages, and all the obsessive little details we love. It's launching on the Google Play store soon.
Why a blog?
Most of the work that goes into a polished app is invisible — the third draft of an icon, the day spent on the perfect easing curve, the decision to not add a feature. This blog is where we'll talk about that work. Build logs, design rabbit holes, and the occasional announcement.
