Common questions
My alerts aren't firing — what should I check?
- Make sure Notifications are enabled for TenxyCharge in Settings → Apps → TenxyCharge → Notifications.
- Confirm the app is allowed to run in the background (battery-saver / Doze mode can disable foreground services on some Android skins).
- Check that Quiet hours isn't currently active inside the app.
- If your trigger has a custom threshold, verify the percentage is between 1% and 99%.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Cancel at any time from Google Play Store → Profile (top right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TenxyCharge → Cancel subscription. Your benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel during the free trial?
TenxyCharge offers a 3-day free trial on eligible plans. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires:
- Open the Google Play Store app on the same device you used to start the trial.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap TenxyCharge, then Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
You will keep access to paid features for the rest of the trial period. After it ends, your account returns to the free tier and you will not be charged.
I bought a subscription but the voice packs are still locked.
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign in again with the same Google account you used to buy the subscription. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase order ID (from your Play Store receipt) and we'll fix it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Google Play under their standard policy (typically within 48 hours of purchase). Open the order in the Play Store and request a refund. For exceptional situations, email us and we'll do our best.
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can delete your account directly inside the app or by emailing us. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest):
- Open TenxyCharge and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Email us:
Email funtechstudio1@gmail.com with the subject line "TenxyCharge account deletion request" and the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account within 7 business days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted:
- Your Supabase account record (email address, user ID, sign-in history)
- Any account preferences stored server-side
What is not deleted:
- Subscription transaction records held by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat — these are governed by their own data retention policies and may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.
- Anonymous, non-identifiable crash reports (no personal data attached).
Retention period: Your account data is removed from our database within 30 days of the deletion request. App preferences stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions first, then delete your account.
My language isn't listed.
