1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using TenxyCharge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
TenxyCharge is a mobile application for Android that plays customisable audio alerts based on your device's battery state. It offers a free tier (with ads and limited voice packs) and paid subscription tiers that unlock the full voice pack library and advanced features.
3. Your account
Some features require you to sign in (currently with Google). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We are not liable for activity that occurs under your account due to your failure to keep credentials safe.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Current pricing is shown inside the app at the point of purchase.
- Free trial. Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancel inside Google Play → Subscriptions — your access continues until the end of the trial period.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, per Google Play's standard subscription terms.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled per Google Play's policy. For exceptional circumstances, contact us at funtechstudio1@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code or assets;
- redistribute the app, voice packs, or any of their components;
- use the app to harass, deceive, or harm others;
- circumvent payment for paid features.
6. Intellectual property
The TenxyCharge name, logo, app code, voice pack recordings, UI designs, and all related assets are owned by Fun Tech Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own Android devices for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-party services
The app integrates with third-party services (Google Sign-In, Supabase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TenxyCharge is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that battery alerts will fire under every device condition.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fun Tech Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the app — including but not limited to missed alerts, battery depletion, or hardware damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
